ServiceNow reports color got changed post Utah upgrade

After UTAH upgrade, I noticed that users from the global domain correctly see the customized palette.
However, users from the child domain of the top domain do not see the custom palette, they see the default one.
Normally, palette is defined at the global domain, so they should be applied regardless of the user's domain.
Let me know the root cause?
