Our IT team has experienced several incidents where multiple changes collided, causing service disruptions, i need to implement a solution to prevent change collisions and ensure smooth deployments.
What strategies would you implement to manage change collisions, and how would you enforce these strategies within ServiceNow?
What would you do if a critical change had to be deployed urgently? How would you balance the need for speed with the risk of collisions?
