How many incidents are created off knowledge article 'create incident'

The client asked:  how many incidents got created from the knowledge article (view) using the ui button 'create incident'? - see attachment.


I can't find that information. So I have read about Service Portal Analytics and wondered if that is what is needed?

 

Can anybody tell me their steps or thoughts on how best to get this information? Either off portal kb articles or from backend off the kb article view.

Hello @Denise Smith 

IN the list view of all incidents check additional comments field. When we get any incident name of the KN+B article should be captured in it. Please refer below image for your reference
