Show dropdown for "view number of records" in list view

HI All,

We are using next experience on Utah. I would like to show the option to change the number of records visible on the list view. 

I can see the sys property has multiple options to show different number of records. However, I cannot see where to activate this on next experience. 

We are only showing the default 20 records. And yes, I understand this is against best practices by enabling more records visible in a list as it can cause performance issues.

An example, I would like to show 50 records in some views.

You can show 50 records in list view like this click on 

go to show> select rows
