Show only those room in a multirow variable set whose building is selected in the catalog item

Hi SNOW World,

I have a requirement when I select a building and floor on a catalog item variable then all the related rooms should come in the dropdown of a multi-row variable set variable.

Below is the visual representation of the scenario:

So, basically, it's to build a reference qualifier. When a building is selected, then all the rooms in that building should be visible in that 'Room' reference variable. I know reference qualifiers are not supported in MRVS, but is there a way to achieve this?

Can someone help me with the code...
