Similar Incidents

Whats the best way to find and display similar incidents on the current incident?

I was attempting to use predictive intelligence but how would I display the results on the current incident?

Another way I was trying to go about it is by using the table configurations (cxs_table_config) that use search context(cxs_context_config). We use this to find related KBs, Catalog Items, or discussion. This would be a better approach in my opinion but doesnt seem that we can add the incident table to be searched for similar incidents. I could be wrong.

Any help is appreciated.

How do I display those result IN the current incident.
Looks like this would just give me a report that run every 15 minutes or so.

It looks like you can use contextual search. I have not tested it and dont have experience with it, but looks like contextual search can give you the result you are expecting. The other option would be to identify the table which stores these results and create a System Definition->Relationships, which can show the results in a related list as soon as the incident is submitted.

You can configure these results and actions via Workspace UI for Agent assist or via the Now Platform for Contextual Search. Configure actions and search context though Tables configuration and user experience and card layout through Contextual Search > Search Result Display Configuration.
