Simple Reference Qualifier returns no records when using field State

Hello everyone, I am trying to create a simple reference qualifier for my catalog item but if I try to use the state field, it doesn't return and records.

Reference table: Service Offering
Reference qualifier State = Published

If I go to the backend view, click on try it on the catalog item, and check, the records appear

Can anybody help me with that?

Please check the count of published record as per applied condition.
