Hi Team,
I am new in Snow, I have created new instance on https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/ , I have received username as "admin" but password seems encrypted as "*******" in mail. At first time its asking to update password but I am not able to get current password as its in ******* format. How I can get it?
Thanks,
Arun

I've just had the same issue and was also at a loss until I realised the password is actually " ******* " i.e., a string of asterisks! Enter that and your problem is solved.
Not the cleverest thing ServiceNow has ever done.

Let's try to look into the Manage Instance Password, and see if your credential represents there.
