SLA clock needs to stopped for XYZ group

Hi all,
I'm new to Service level agreement(SLA),below is the requirement:
Please review the SLA clock of the assignment group xyz as per Paris time and it needs to be stopped as per Paris time during the working hours. along with weekend and Paris (Alsace holidays).

 

How to check and where to check it is correctly working or not as per the process. Please assist me on this.

Hello,

You'd want to review the SLA definition that applies here and check the schedule field. That is where you'd use a pre-existing schedule or create one per requirements and the SLA will operate to that.
