Is there documentation or information that explains the meaning of the source fields and identifies where the data populating the conditions is being pulled from? For example, the 'Short Description' field was added to the conditions with the operator 'contains' and a value was entered, but no results were returned—even though the information appears in the report list

Thank you for your response, I have a follow up question. Is there a definition or documentation for attributes that explains where the information is sourced from when using the condition builder

@fmaignan The Condition Builder sources its data directly from the tables and fields defined within your ServiceNow instance.
Do you need a ServiceNow documentation or something for this? Correct me if I am wrong

Yes, that would be helpful. Regarding the condition builder, at which level is the information being sourced—RITM, REQ, TASK, or INC? I primarily work with TASK records, which fall under the REQ, and the request itself is within the RITM.
