I've updated the Support Options in Virtual Agent (the 3 buttons in the top right corner) with the label we want to use and also with the phone number to the Service Desk. The problem is that it isn't updating in VA. I still see the original OOB stuff. Here's where I made the updates: com.glide.cs.branding.support_phone_label and com.glide.cs.branding.support_phone. Here's what it looks like after I made the changes
The original OOB stuff. Any thoughts or ideas what I've done wrong? Did I update the wrong property?

You need to change it in the below URL " https://Instance-name.service-now.com/now/conversation/settings/branding-settings/f49ab6695313330096...
Please follow to below process:-
1. Type "Conversational Interfaces" -> Go to General (Chat Settings) ->Click on view all in Branding
2. Choose Default Branding, once done with Default Branding do the same for EC Branding as well.
3. Scroll down and you can see menu items, click on the icons of the menu item and change the values.
