Please let me know if this doable in servicenow. My requirements are
1. We need to create a service portal form with two pages
2. page 1 contains fields and one of the fields of it has a dropdown of specific questionnaires we created
3. page 2, whatever questionnaire is selected in page 1, it will display in page 2 and the user have the ability modify the questions or the help text with it before sending it to another user.
Please let me know your suggestions
