Hello All as anyone implemented TeamViewer into ServiceNow, I was after any information tips etc.

I have not implemented it but there is an app available on the servicenow store from where u can get it for free on ur customer instance. It includes all the necessary prerequisites, installation guides etc for it to be installed n to be used.

Hey everyone thanks for the replies, I installed the free plugin in our QA environment but i have not configured yet I guess all I was after was some tips from the experienced community, I also read the 70page snc policy document.
