The 7.4.1 lab activity in the IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation (Zurich)

If anyone can help me with the 7.4.1 activity in the IT Service Management (ITSM) Implementation (Zurich) course, I would appreciate. The only state that appeared to me was the authorize state. So I created theses change models (7.2.1) and those state transitions in the authorize and implement models for the task to be right. I already finished all the lab activities, but the course isn't 100% done. What should I do?

Hi, 

If all the lab activities are completed but 7.4.1 is still not showing as 100% complete, I would first validate the configuration rather than repeat the labs.

For this activity, verify that the Change Model used in the lab has the expected state transitions and that the Change Request can reach Implement, with Closed and Canceled available afterward.

Go to All → Change → Administration → Change Models, open the model used for the lab, and verify its State Model/State Transitions configuration.

If the configuration and validation steps are correct, this is likely a Now Learning activity-completion/tracking issue rather than an instance configuration issue. In that case, refresh/re-run the validation and, if it still doesn't update, raise it with Now Learning support.
