The card does not work well on Virtual Agent

Hi,


We have something like error on our virtual agent.
You can see the gray circle in the attached photo, but actually, the knowledge should be displayed in card format at this gray circle part.
It is the first time for me to face with this kind of phenomenon(gray circle). Does anyone think of the cause?

1. Did you test the flow through the topic if the step is being skipped? and check in logs if there is some error.

2. Are you testing for dynamic translation in VA?

Hi @_imuya ,

 

I was having this same issue and determined it was due to me pulling the article body into the card, when it had an image in it. I removed the article body item from the card, and it loaded normally.
