the model for issue auto resolution when i click to train the model the training in cancelled

I am using my developer instance vancouver patch 2 

i have only 78 incidents that are OOB from the ServiceNow 

i have dowloaded the virtual agent and configured the VA in my Instace i have downloaded the ITSM plugin also in my instance 
i am trying to create a IAR (issue auto resolution) for incident but getting this erorr while setting up .
