To change the category ,subcategory and assignment group of request how to enable the drop down

have added all these. but when the RITM is in work in progress not able to change the category and subcategory. we were able to change it before we added some choices.

But my issue is even after doing these things I am not able to see any dropdown now but it was visible before.

category and subcategory has dropdown but not able to change both when it is in work in progress state. we don't have any scripts for this. we were able to see the dropdowns but after adding some choices we are not able to change it.

Hi @RichaRose 

Could you please check "client script", "UI policy" etc.
as per your screen shot, these field are read only, you can't be able to edit these fields. Please check once, and let me know if you able to resolve your issue.
