Track the time between change of HR service on a HR case record

Hi,

We are not using transfer HR case functionality. Agents change the HR service from general enquiry to other services.

How can we create a report to track the time between general enquiry to any other HR service

Hi @Vadla Srimaan ,

 

We can create a custom field and on Hr case table and update it using a before business rule when HR services changes from general enquiry. We can have one more custom field duration type and populate the difference between created and HR general enquiry transfer time.
