Trigger Risk Assessment directly from 'Request Approval' button

Dear Community,

could you please advise how to trigger Risk Assessment window directly from 'Request Approval' button?

Aim is to prevent situation when:

1. User creates Normal Change,
2. Fills all mandatory fields on Overview and Details tabs
3. Presses Save,

Then system displays 'Request Approval' button - user clicks on it and get red warning 'Risk Assessment must be completed before proceeding to approval'. So user has to cancel warning, go to Overview tab and select 'Assess Risk'. 

For higher user comfort it would be much better if instead of red warning system displays Risk assessment window directly...

Do you know how to do that?
