Troubleshooting Discovery with SCCM/Jira Integrations & CI Classes

Hi Community,

I’ve been asked to review Discovery on my instance because it’s not working correctly. I was only told that data is coming in from SCCM and Jira, and I was given three CI classes to focus on, but no further details.

So far, I have only checked:

  • MID Server status

  • The CI classes that were mentioned to me

I was also told to look at the ServiceNow data source name, but I’m not sure what specifically I should validate there.
And should I also be testing the integration connections for SCCM/Jira to confirm whether the sources are sending correct data?

Can anyone guide me on what exactly I should review so that I move forward in the right direction?
I’m mainly looking for a proper roadmap covering what to verify in Discovery, integrations (SCCM/Jira), schedules, credentials, patterns, data sources, and reconciliation.
