Hi, I'm trying to make the close code field mandatory in the workspace, I did it through ui policy, but it doesn't work for me, I attach what I did
And this state condition will be cancelld

Hi @yardenKrispel ,
The screenshot you attached in that View field you haven't added Workspace view.
Could you please add that view and try again.

@yardenKrispel Hi, we have two state fileds on incident table. The one which is visible on workspace is "state" and you have applied the UI policy on "incident state".

Hi @yardenKrispel, Can you post the screenshot of the form? You need to make sure the field selected in the UI Policy condition should exist on the form as UI Policies work on client side (browser). As per the screenshot you are using Incident State in the condition, so you need to have the Incident State on form as well, if not the UI Policy will not work.
