Unable to activate Virtual Bot in Serviceportal in Australia Instance

Dear ServiceNow Community Friends

I have PDI instance Australia version, I got created from servicenow developer homepage.

I wanted to activate the bot for help with key word 'password reset' to give me relevant knowledge article automatically.

Kindly If any one can provide me steps in sequential way to install required plugins & applications, is highly appreciated. Thanks very much

Your requirement can be achieved with Now assist with VA but as you know in PDI other than Build Agent ,no AI feature currently not available.
