Universal Request "new" form not visible

I wanted to try universal request and when the plugin is enabled on my PDI I don't see the "new" button on native or SOW view, and I cannot find the roles in the roles table. Any idea what I'm missing?

Do you know which plugin you installed? There are more than 1 plugin for UR. Ensure you installed com.snc.universal_request. This contains the data structure for it

I've installed this plugin and I'm still having the issue of not seeing the UI Actions or roles for UR.

From my experience it took around 24h to be able to see the UI actions and roles in my PDI, not sure why there was a delay but it worked on it's own.
