Update the Filter on a page in SOW

Hello everyone,

I am working on updating the filter condition and heading for Interaction on the Simple List View. Specifically, when a user Click on Record Information (User Details) - Recent Task - View All -> It will open all the Tasks for last 7 days, It goes to Interaction Task List Page . We had a requirement to remove the fixed filter from the list, so users can see all incidents submitted by them for all the time not only for last 7 days. Therefore, I would like to change the condition. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I can see this is done through https://nowlearning-nlinst03544138-8bykb-0001.lab.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/aa8...  where there is a Data Resource added as List Controller but Not sure how that query is getting dynamically and setting 7 days only OOTB, I need to modify it.
