upgrade of certificates via delta exam from vancouver to xanadu

So I have two Service Now certificates CSA and CAD and they are currently at VANCOUVER version

The last date to appear in delta exams to make it to Washington was on 7 Jan 2025 and similarly for Washington to Xanadu is 30 April2025. Now the problem is I have missed the deadline of delta exams for Washington which eventually means I cannot upgrade it to Xanadu before upgrading to Washington at the first place . Therefore both the certificates stand at expiry risk on 30 April 2025 .The reason behind is that I am not working right now with any partner associated company and the Now learning portal is not allowing to even access the exam(I do not know the reason behind this) and the Portal asks me to pay 200 USD +36 USD tax to even give the exam so is there any way of bypassing this i.e to give the exams without paying any extra fee coz I read somewhere that people can upgrade their certificates without being part of any company

I mean should I just pay 236 USD upfront and if I pay will I be able to give delta exams for Vancouver to Washington (as the date for this version upgrade has already passed) and then to Xanadu eventually

Also I still have my certificates registered on my previous company mail so should I first raise the incident to transfer it to my personal account first and then pay and appear for exams

I am confused right now and don't have much time , as I have to pay before 15 April please guide me out and Respond ASAP

@Tanishq Jain First thing first, raise a case with the Now learning support team using the learning portal and seek their support on this matter. Also, you should get your account transferred to your personal email id ASAP. Regarding the deltas, ideally the certificate should have already been expired as you didn't appear for the Washington deltas. However, if you are still having an option to appear for the exam then I recommend taking the plunge by paying the fees and appear for the delta exam.
