VA dynamic choice use in ticket creation

Hello all!

I am using the VA to gather information on an incident, and i can use the "Dynamic Lookup" to ask what is their location name. After the correct location is picked, later down the conversation the VA will use record action to create an incident, however it will not put the location in after it is selected up top. When i test i see the location is listed as a sys_id-- which im guessing the "Location" field on the incident doesnt like.

 

How can i take the output of the "location picked" and place it in the "location" space on the incident being created?

After further tinkering-- i think i may have the solution--- allowing the "location" field (on the incident) to be filled by the location sys_id. Please let me know if this is the correct way, or something else?
