Hi Community!
I am having an issue with the article versions. When I try to view a KB article using "View Article" UI action related to Particular KB, I am not able to view the article version and I am getting it as blank. I have checked the same KB in the other instance, it is working fine. I tried capturing the KB from the Working Instance and committed in the non working instance but didn't solve the issue. I have checked XMLs of the same KB from the different instances and they are identical. I have checked the ACLs, they are identical. I have checked the Article Template fields and they are identical. I have checked the versions, they are identical. I have checked the UI pages, Script includes and User Criteria, Article Versioning field and almost everything, all are looking identical. Is there anyway to fix this type of issue. Thank you.

Hi @Imran4 ,
This usually happens due to a cache or publishing issue, not because of data or ACLs.
Simple things to try:
-> Clear cache (cache.do)
-> Re‑publish the KB article (checkout and then publish again)
-> Make sure one version is in Published state
-> Try opening the article directly on portal, not via the View Article button
In most cases, re‑publishing the article fixes the blank view.
Hope this resolves your issue 😊Mark this correct and close the thread if it helped 👍
