Hi experts,

where can we configure/customize form views apart from view rule?

We are facing an issue, all our cases are opening in US payroll view which is not expected (only usa cases should be opened in that view) . I have inactivated all the view rules on HRcase/HRpayroll case table but still same issue?

What can be done here?

If the user opened it in that rule once they will go back to it,.

You should write a view rule(or edit the same) to direct users to another view.

Hi @Anurag Tripathi , we are using openefor country code=usa for US view currently.

Shall I create a view rule for 'Defaultview' for rest of users? Would that work

Yes that should work.

Basically there should be a view rule for all condition , if you have one for usa then you should have one for not usa too.
