Virtual agent- AI Search is not giving Knowledge Articles

I'm trying to use AI Search topic block in a topic and I'm using the service portal default application(which uses Service Portal Defaul Search  Profile and AI Search Engine) but in the results it's not giving the KB articles it's giving Genius Results Catlogue Items only. In the search sources related list Both Knowledge Base and Catalog are Active and conditions are having matching records. Also testing from AI Search Preview it's showing both KB articles and Catalog items.I wanted to know why it's not giving the KB articles in Virtual agent?

Hi @sajmera ,

 We had some properties related to AI Search missing in our instance we imported them it resolved our issue. Check once for the system properties.
