I want my bot to pause for 15 minutes, so I used the Pause topic block within my topic. But, when I tested my topic, I get this (I was expecting it to pause for 15 minutes)
This is how the pause topic block looks like where spoke and subflow values are missing. Not sure which flow I should look into? and how this should be configured?
Has anyone used this?
Highly appreciate your help.
Thanks.

Hello,
I don't see the Pause utility actually used?
You would simply use the pause utility provided in virtual agent designer and convert 15 minutes to seconds and then use that in the config.

I did convert 15 minutes into seconds and included pause in my flow. But, it is not pausing 15 minutes. See my above screen shot. What should I do when I see bot response like above?

Hi,
I saw the screenshot previously. That message shows for everyone when using the virtual agent designer test process. It's merely an infomessage just letting you know it kicked off a subflow. As far as the pause for 15 minutes, you can try testing the pause as a direct action within the main flow and see if it pauses for that length of time. It may be because you have the pause in the subflow or it may be because it's not configured all the way. I've tested pausing within the main flow and it works for me, but I didn't do it for 15 minutes. It was about 30 seconds.
