I need help for this task  in the Virtual Agent > Categories I didn't find new button. please help me to do this task 

Create a new topic category for Virtual Agent

1)Navigate to Conversational Interfaces > Virtual Agent > Categories

2)Create a new topic category called CD Self-Service

Please check if you have all necessary plugin install in instance for virtual agent.

Plugin > Glide Virtual Agent //get plugin install
