Hi All,

 

Could someone kindly assist me in adding a new button labeled "Create Incident" below the "What would you like to do" section?

Have you tried expanding the choices on the "What would you like to do?" utility?

Thanks for the reply @Mark Roethof , i couldn't locate the utility. Also i am unable to find which Virtual Agent Designer its using.

Thanks @Mark Roethof , I'm having difficulty locating that utility, and I'm uncertain about how to identify which Virtual Agent Designer is being utilized. How can I go about determining this?

For me its even harder to find the location, since I know nothing about your instance. Just looking at the image you shared, probably a topic that contains a Knowledge Base search.
