Hello,
I have noticed after Vancouver patch 3 upgrade the virtual agent is not working as it was working in Tokyo instance. When we look at the design when the user inputs the query the flow goes from start and gets stuck at first block and after sometime the message pops up "I'm facing technical difficulties or No agents available at this time." Is there any issue with Vancouver release or did something got changed in Virtual agent? Please advise.
