Walk-up Experience Appointment configuration Enable advanced configurations

I'm setting up appointment scheduling for the Walk-up Experience in ServiceNow and have enabled Advanced Configuration for more granular control of operating hours.
I currently have two advanced configuration records set up:
Monday: 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Tuesday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (no break)
In the Daily Schedule, the "booking days" checkboxes are mandatory, so I have Monday through Thursday selected.
The issue I'm facing is: When I impersonate a user and try to book an appointment, the advanced configuration is not being reflected.
I've confirmed the days and times in the advanced configuration are correct, and the correct walk-up queue is assigned. What am I missing to show with the correct hours?
