Walkup Queue Limit

Is there a way to limit the number of the queue in Walkup? We do not currently use appointments, only login via check-ins. At busy periods we'd like to restrict the number of check-ins to around 30.

Although i am not expert in this area but see if it helps:-
Yes, you can limit the number of active walk-up check-ins by using the "Active check-ins" field on the Walk-up Location record in ServiceNow. This field allows you to set a maximum number of simultaneous check-ins, and when this limit is reached, walk-up users will not be able to check in, effectively restricting the queue size to your desired number of 30 at busy periods.
How to Configure the Limit
- 1. Navigate to Walk-up Locations:
Go to the Walk-up Experience application and find the configuration for your walk-up locations.
- 2. Select Your Location:
Open the specific Walk-up Location record for which you want to set the queue limit.
- 3. Set the "Active check-ins" Field:
In the form for the Walk-up Location, find the field labeled "Active check-ins".
- 4. Enter Your Desired Limit:
Enter the number 30 in this field to restrict the maximum number of active check-ins.
- 5. Save the Record:
Save the changes to the Walk-up Location record.

In which release and product version are you seeing this option. I do not have it on mine.

@bravosa I don't think what you are requirement is available in ServiceNow as of now.
But this is a very valid requirement you can open a idea for this.
1. As a workaround you will need to setup the process in your company or team wherein the walkup manager can use "" option in walkup queue table to prevent users from checkin when a required number is reached.
