HI ,
As i am new to servicenow, i have a requirement that a user is not able to access a given group but as per requirement she need the access so that she can use all the facilities provided by the group .How can i get this done in servicenow .can any one have any suggestion?
for an example she is the member of group1 and group2 and she can raise a ticket for both but she want to raise a ticket for that group where she is not the member. so how can we provide the access to her.

Hi @Smrutiranjan ,
There are many different things in your requirement:
- user is not able to access a given group - what do you mean?
- use all the facilities provided by that group - what do you mean?
- Why can't she raise a ticket for the third group? in general, every user can raise ticket for any group within ServiceNow unless you have made some custom restrictions.
