Weird Zurich Behavior

So we upgraded to Zurich from  Yokohama on the weekend ... Virtual Agent topics that worked fine on all previous resources are suddenly not working. Here are two things I've noticed so far:

 

1. Contextual search displays the word "undefined" beside the third row of results

2. The Create Incident topic block returns a sys_id. If there are nodes after this, the variable becomes empty and can't be used. To get around this, I had to create a script variable and assign the sys_id to this immediately following the Create Incident node

 

Anyone know what the issues might be?

Raise a HI incident with ServiceNow as this is related to upgrade, they may provide you a PRB number if this is an existing issue with some patch.

Else, they will let you know which customisation is breaking this.
