What can you do with Knowledge Graph?

The Knowledge Graph setup is complete, but it's unclear what you can do. . .
The setup did the following:
①[Value] in [sn_vad_genai.knowledge_graph.enabled]Change to [false]⇒[true] https://XXX.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_properties_list.do%3Fsysparm_query%3DnameSTARTSWITHsn_vad_genai.knowledge_graph.enabled%26sysparm_first_row%3D1%26sysparm_view%3D%26sysparm_choice_query_raw%3D%26sysparm_list_header_search%3Dtrue |
②[Value] for [sn_ais_assist.enable_knowledge_graph_nlq] isCheck if [true] (as is) |
③Changed [Value] in [sn_vad_genai.now_assist.search.user_knowledge_graph.enabled] to [false]⇒[true] |
④Check if [Value] in [sn_kg_conn_user_shared_files] is [true] (as is) |
Can Knowledge Graph do this?
・Apparently, the user information will be automatically entered when you request it using Virtual Agent...
・You can answer the necessary actions based on the user's attributes...
