When exclude checkbox is set to true the task Ticket should NOT pull into the  SLA Calculations.

Hello Team,

 

We have a requirement where we need to exclude task SLA records from calculations when exclude checkbox is set to true. I'm new to SLA's and would need some guidance on achieving this.
