When I click "Try It" it redirects the Catalog Item to Portal View. Anyone who knows the root cause?

@annukumari OOB to redirects to native view, check the try it UI action in sc_cat_item table to see if that is customised.

@RaghavSh first it directs to native view but within no seconds it moved to portal view
