Where is the email template when emailing from an Incident.

Hi, did you ever figure this out? You're looking for being able to edit the (non-existent) template for these emails, yes?
I'm currently trying to figure out the same thing.

Hello Rob,
Simply go to sys_email_client_template.list in the Navigator.
This will take you to the email client templates for your system.
From here you can create/build your own templates for the SOW emails.
