while creating or opening existing reports on any table ,I am getting error. Anybody came across this issue?
for example, incident change task, sc_req_item tables

Are admins also seeing this error?
If yes
Try these
Clear the browser cache
Also do cache.do
Logout and login
Else check the ACLs (report view ACLs of those tables )

is this happening for admins or non-admins?
did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then try?
Did you recently upgrade?
Is this coming for all reports?
