I want to write in work_notes field after RITM is closed complete. How to do ? I have created a new acl with a new role and provided that role to the particular user. But still not working. Can anyone please help?
This is not out of box behaviour, so you need to find what in your instance is preventing it - a conflicting ACL, UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Script...
