						Recently, I have seen many people asking about setting up conditions for Live Agent Routing based on some condition in Advanced Work Assignment. I thought of making a short video of how to define condition and give a quick demo of the example. Conditions can easily defined in Advanced Work Assignment-> Queues record for that particular queue.
The example I have shown is based on for the end user's location. We can also do it based on Transcript and many more conditions.
