adding chatbot/virtual agent in csm workspace

How to add existing chat bot or new virtual agent to csm configurable workspace?

Hello, Virtual Agent is a widget and can be added to CSM Config Workspaces. Go to UI Builder and open this workspace and add VA.

 

However, Virtual Agent is for end users and CSM WS is for Agents. Why would you need to add Virtual Agent for Agents?  The roles are different to view each one.
