I have a model that has been successfully trained and published.
When I attempt to 'Try model' and Enter an utterance to test - I get the following error:
Exception caught in the predict call - reason: {"status":"failure","exception":"sn_ml.MLServiceUtil.predict(): java.lang.Exception: ModelInfo artifact not present for key : 5cfe17cc472c02d09fd5f3aa436d43fe_.modelInfo_2"}

Hi Brian, thanks for the information. Here is our situation. We created a new scoped application and NLU model file. Imported some of the intents into the model, trained it and when testing get the error that we are referring to. I tried looking into the ml_model_artifact table and the sys_nlu_vocabulary table and I dont even see any records in those tables for the solution (the nlu model created). Is there anything else I can do to generate the records? Thanks

Hi Brian, one more update, I checked the ml_model_artifact table again and we do have the artifacts there for the solution and the attachments are there as well. We do not have any static lookup type vocabularies for the model because we do not have any vocabularies added to the model at this time.

Please create a case in the ServiceNow Support Portal and then we can hop on to check why it is throwing this error.
Thank you,
Brian
