Hello, I am looking for full guidance how to extract a report covering the ¨Approval Requests Notification¨ available in the ServiceNow Virtual Agent (connected on MS Teams), with the following reports:
1. Volume of Request Notifications sent
2. Volume of Requests Approved
3. Volume of Requests Denied
4. Average time request handling
5. Requests Notifications in the backlog (waiting for decision - Approve or Deny)
Or any other metric we recommend to show value.
