I am not sure if this is allowed, if not let me know and I can remove this question/ask.
One of the major complaints I have with the Approval notification in Virtual Agent is that the request gets approved through another avenue and the VA notification remains!
I submitted this idea in the Idea portal and those that agree with this idea, I would appreciate the votes. This is the only painful thing I have about the approval notifications in virtual agent.
