Hello,
Does anyone know if the auto-populate variable feature is supported on Virtual Agent ?
This is a handy feature for a variable set that is being used across multiple catalog items , but we are seeing that it VA opens up the link instead of intaking utterances from the user

Hi @Jyo2
I’m not sure if auto-populate works in VA.

are you trying to submit catalog item from VA by making the item conversational?
if yes then check these link and there are some limitations for it
Any catalog item which has script or UI policy is not supported
I believe the auto populate should work there as it is not involving any script. I haven't tested there.

Interesting. When I tried it , doesn't seem to work. It is a simple variable set with Requested For, and reference variables like Location and cost center which needs to be pre-populated with the value from the user record

There might be some access issues as well.
I already mentioned that I haven't tested this from my side.
