Branding in virtual agent

Hi

I am trying to change the branding for virtual agent in dev but when i go to /sp mode it does not update. I am saving it and it shows in branding that its updated but not in /sp mode. Can you advise further?

@JSINGH4  If you are trying to change the virtual agent branding of "/sp" page (Service Portal). You need to update in "Default Branding" but in your screenshot its EC Branding which is actually employee center branding. 

Default Branding : Before header change (Preview Image)

Default Branding: After header change (Preview image)

Service Portal (sp) : 

Employee Center Portal (esc) : No changes
